Drawings: Claire Rumin Wilks

Exile Editions Number 1 – the first book published by Exile Editions, in 1975.

This book of drawings by Claire Rumin Wilks has been printed on Carlyle Japan paper in an edition of 750 copies. The first 150 were signed by the artist. Accompanying the drawings is a poem by the Irish poet John Montague – and fifty copies were signed by the artist and the poet.

John Montague provided a long poem for the centre of the book.
